The payment methods accepted are the following:
 
SPAIN | ESPAÑA
- Credit | Debit Card via Paypal: Quick, easy and secure. 
- Paypal: Quick, easy and secure. Pay by PayPal with your credit or debit card. Fees may apply.  Please note: the payment is NOT automatic, you have to wait our reply and further info.
- Bank Transfer: We accept bank transfers from most of Europeans banks. After you place your order in our website, we´ll send you via e-mail our IBAN and BIC code. Your order will begin processing once payment is received. All payments must be Euros funds.
 
EUROPE

Shipping Info
 
Rastilho Records ships worldwide orders. All our orders will be shipped from our warehouse based in Portugal, Europe.
 
Tracking Number
Whenever possible, we send to all customers the tracking number of their orders, at time of shipment. If it was not available or if not received, please contact us. Remember that if the order is sent by Post, the Track & Trace is not as accurate as a Courier company like UPS or DHL.
 
Customer pays for the shipping. We normally send the parcels by Portuguese Post. If you prefer to use a freight company like UPS (or others), you can either arrange it so your company picks the parcel or we can ask for prices and give you the shipping costs so you decide what to do. Please note you need an UPS Account Number to get a shipment or you can also pay us freight costs and we use our Account.
 
Transit Times
Once your payment has been processed, most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, it takes about 10 days (please note: the transit times for Russia and eastern countries may be delayed up to 4 weeks) to be delivered in European countries and approximate 4 weeks for all countries outside of Europe.
 
All orders are shipped via Post, Airmail Track&Trace.
Max. 2 Kilos (for international customers). 
For Europe, over 2kilos, we can send large parcels at low rates via DHL, UPS, GLS or FedEx.
 
 Don´t forget: The shipping cost is calculated based on what you buy and the average weight of your goods.
 
What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
Please check if you got a note from the mailman. There might be a chance you were not home when your items were delivered
A second option would be to check your local post office. They might be holding it for you. We can provide you the tracking number of your order.
If both options didn’t work out, please get in touch with our customer service at rastilho@sapo.pt. Our team will be more than happy to help you track the order down.
 
What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If you believe your goods have arrived damaged please contact our customer services team and they'll help sort you out.
 
Shipping Costs

Don´t forget: The shipping cost is calculated based on what you buy and the average weight of your goods. 
 
You can find all our shipping rates adding products to your Shopping Basket. Then, select your country (if you don´t want sign in), the payment required and... voilà... then you can decide whether to place the order or not. What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

Can I change my order after I have placed it?
If you have placed an order and haven’t completed checkout, you can delete the item out of your shopping cart by simply clicking on the box next to the item. If you have already checkout, please send us an email, indicating your order number and you want to change in your initial order.
 
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If you have completed your checkout and wish to cancel your order, please email us. Please note that you can only cancel an order prior to it being paid and shipped.
 
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order?
All orders are confirmed automatically in a matter of minutes! If you did not receive this confirmation via email, make sure you specified a correct e-mail address or check your spam box! Additionally, you will receive a personalized email of Rastilho in a maximum period of 48 hours with more information about the order status and shipping deadlines.
 
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment service that you can use to buy things over the Internet securely, quickly and easily.
Secure: Your account or credit card details are kept safe by PayPal. This means they are not sent every time you buy something over the Internet.
Simple: You can pay with just two clicks because your bank account or credit card details are saved in your PayPal account instead of having to enter them every time you buy something.
Quick: The payment process with PayPal is really quick. This means that we can process and dispatch your order much quicker.
 
Where do you ship from?

If you are already a registered user on our webpage, please use the function “Forgot your password” on the login page. An automatic email will be send to your email address with a new password.
 
How do I use discount codes & gift cards?
If you want to enter a discount code and/or a gift card code, please click on the items link in your shopping cart. After clicking, you will see a section on that page where you will be able to enter your discount code and/or gift card code.
 
Do you have a store?
No, unfortunately we don’t. We only sell online and in some concerts/festivals. But you can find our releases in some stores worldwide. But, hey, try order online: we have the best prices and mailorder is fun!
